How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we have processed your order, a member of our customer services team will be in touch to give you an update on stock availability and an expected dispatch date. Depending on where you are in the world, this may vary. Our customs and shipping specialists will be more than happy to help. 

What happens if something arrives faulty or something is missing?

Please contact internationalorders@cosydirect.com or call +44 1332 370 152 & select Option 2 within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please provide as much information as possible for the reason for the request to return with full details, including photographs where possible & a member of our team will work to resolve any problems quickly.

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

When you become a reseller, you will be given an account manager who will look after you but for day to day questions you can always e-mail us distributors@cosydirect.com or call +44 1332 370 152 & select Option 4.

What are the payment terms?

If you choose to have a credit facility, payment terms are 30 days from dispatch of your order. Payment can be made by BACS.

Otherwise, we will issue a Pro-Forma invoice & Goods will be released once payment has been received.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
